Welcome Rev Clara Plamondon!

Rev Clara Plamondon joined us as our new rector on June 1, 2018.  We are thrilled to welcome her to our St. Paul's family!

Rev Clara received her Master of Divinity from the Vancouver School of Theology in May 2013. She was ordained to the diaconate on June 29, 2013 and to priesthood on June 8, 2014.  After her ordination to the diaconate, Clara served as deacon-in-charge and later as incumbent, at St. John the Baptist, Duncan, BC.

Rev Clara brings with her many gifts.  From 1982 to 2010 she held positions in Cochrane, Calgary, and Airdrie (Alberta) and Prince Albert and Macklin (Saskatchewan).  Key accomplishments from past employment include developing and implementing a not-for-profit society, a new day care centre, and various adult retreats. She was also responsible for cultivating strong networks and partnerships with other faith communities, assisted with the day-to-day operation of a retreat centre, and developed, administered and implemented a health and safety program for municipal staff.
