St. Paul's Anglican Church was awash in harvest colours, flowers and produce as we celebrated Harvest Thanksgiving on Sunday, October 7.
We wrote out what we were thankful for and put it in the collection plate. The words of thanks were then displayed in our parish hall as we enjoyed a potluck lunch.
We gave thanks for our Creator God who made the goodness of the land, the riches of the sea and the rhythm of the seasons. We gave thanks for the harvest and prayed that we would cherish and respect our planet and its peoples.
